Import problems H264 into new Premiere version

Hello,

I use the Canon R7 and its 4k material (50p). When I open this material in verion 23.x, the quality is good. 
When I open the same material in version 24.x I see strong artifacts. 
These artifacts are also in the output file. 
What could be the reason?
Version 23.x 100% 


Premiere 24.x

That is bizarre ...

 

That looks like either a problem with the GPU and driver for that version, maybe ... but first, what does Premiere show in the Properties for that clip? Framesize especially.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

    Hi there!

    Sorry to see that. Can you try switching video renderer to "Software Only" and see if that brings any change? Could you share some sample file with us to test?
