Importation problem with GOPRO's records

Hello, sorry for my english I'm french ^^,

when I'm trying to import my GOPRO HERO 2014's records in any adobe software, I've got an error which would be translated as "The file contains an compression type not supported" (or something like that).
It was working with previous version (last time I've tried was 2 years ago...).

I've already tried to unistall adobe's softwares and to format my drive to reinstall windows (10) but nothing changed...

I don't have issues with other .MP4 files..

Adobe's support told me on twitter to change the file's extension and suggested me to convert records with an additional software but it's not an efficient way in my view.

Hi Xenoc, we're sorry to hear about this. Can you provide us a download link for one of the sample media with which you are experiencing this issue? It will help us to test the issue at our end.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Might want to follow up on that advice and convert with Handbrake in order to be able to import.

Programs do change over time.

It must change for the better and there is not any reason to don't support a basic camera's record which was supported.

I don't know if it because of adobe's update or of my pc/instalation...

But if I have to convert any time all my records it's not pratical !
