Imported Essential graphics lost after clearing temp folder and cache

A collegue sent me a graphics template to import into Essential Graphics.  I did several titles using the template.

Later I was having serious rendering problems with odd flashframes. The solution was to clear my temp files and cache.  I've done this tons of times and all it usually does is force me to re-render.

However, while the title templates are still in the Essential Graphics folder, all my individual titles have been removed--I'm now getting the standard red "media missing" notification.

How can I have these titles stored somewhere else besides in a temp folder?

You can set a managed folder in the Browse section of the EGP. It's found by clicking the three-bar menu at the top of the EGP ... then "manage additional folders".

Where did you park them on-disc? A "managed folder" in the EGP? A local or shared Library?

What?

Did you save your project after applying the templates to a timeline?

Thanks for the answer. I just figured out what I did.  I have not used imported graphics before and did not realize I could set the folder.
