Imported files include audio but no video - help!

I am halfway thru a project in Premiere Pro 2023. When I click/drag/drop my .mov files into my library, they are only adding the audio - no video. I cleared my media cache and have restarted, but nothing changed. I do not think it's a file issue since I've already imported so many .mov files shot from the same camera into this project and others done previously. Can someone help troubleshoot?
