Imported Presets always disappear after restart

Hi guys, 

so I using the newest version of Adobe Premiere Pro on a Mac M1.

When I import a preset (something like an animation shake, slide-in, etc type of preset) everything works fine, but when I close the program I have to re-import each of these preset packages, it drives me crazy. The presets still work on my assets/videos, but they just disappeared from the preset option. 

Does anyone know a solution to this?
