Imported two .mp3 files, but one of them shows as GRAYED = Question Mark Type File?

Hello,
I don't understand why my 2 mp3 files, when imported into a project, despite being both mp3 (I converted them from another format to mp3), one of them is okayly imported and the other shows as a question mark file?

 

Proof they are same:

Edit: Notice aswell how the duration of these files does not show up correclty in the media browser.

    Premiere works much better with wav files, often has difficulty with mp3 files. So converting to mp3 doesn't make sense to me. Why?

      I did not know until I wrote this post! Yes I just tried with wav and had no problem:)

      Btw, do you know per chance how to set a value to a TIME variable?
