Imported video has no audio track (Possible fixes I've seen don't work)

When I import a video file into Premiere, there is no audio track, and seemingly no option to add one at all. The video was recorded using OBS in .mkv format, then remuxed to .mp4. There is one stereo audio track (as seen in the file properties) but nothing shows in Premiere. I did notice that when I add this video to the timeline, the bar is pink instead of the normal blue that I see when I add a video with an audio track. I don't know if that means anything.
