Imported Video Playback Issue

Hello Support,

I have a subscription to Adobe Premier Pro in this account - Version : 25.

I am however facing some issues in the same now.

Issue :

1. While I import a video in the app, only the audio is getting played, and not the video.
2. I tried playing this in different versions, other than 25, but the same issue pops up.

Please advise a solution for this.

This is an urgent matter for me as it is harming our crucial hours.

Please check and advise.

    Hi gayatri_7058,

     

    We're sorry to hear about your poor experience. Could you please confirm whether the video component is imported on the track while importing the media in the timeline or only the audio? If only the audio is imported, it might be an issue with source patching, which you can correct by following the steps mentioned in this video. Let us know if it helps.
