Hello!
This issue comes when I begin editing a video on Premiere Pro 23,4; OS: Windows 10.

I watched some videos on Youtube how to fix it and most of people say reseting preference, however this solution did not help me.

same problem. lack of RAM?
I worked on 16GB, replaced it with 32GB, it did not help, the projects are large, but consist of a bunch of small folders and short files. it drives me nuts. I can't open the project anymore..
