Importer generic error

Hello,

I was working on a project in Premiere 23.4 where I was uploading videos easily to my project. I am running a Mac BTW. Then all of a sudden, I got this import error on the same type of videos I had just imported. I cleared the media cache, and I tried to upload from different folders. Any other advice on what I can do? Here is the error. I attached the video file as well. Any help is appreciated
