Importing a MOV into Premiere Pro (23.1) gives a "The file has an unsupported compression type."

Importing a MOV using fMP4 compression into Premiere Pro (23.1) gives a "The file has an unsupported compression type." If you roll back to version 23.0 the same file will work fine. You also get the same error in the current Beta build.

    I was just on a support chat with OpenReel, and they told me that PP23 has dropped support for fMP4. I can edit the files fine in PP22 (and I thought I could edit it in 23.0, but I just downgraded that it's not working anymore).

    Still get this error in version 23.2 and the equivalent updates across Media Encoder and After Effects. Was support for fMP4 removed for some reason?
