Importing a project

I have to unsuscribe to Premiere.  I will not run for me anymore.  I have tried everything and even uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail.  My question: I have the project saved on an external hardrive (as well as internal).  If my film partner creates her own account can she import this project and hopefully finish it on her PC?

After a lot of troubleshooting, turns out the issue is with my external drive.  It is dying or failing or has given up.  I will transfer everything to a different drive and try.  Thanks for all the help adobe team.

Hi there Willis,

I read your note. Did Premiere Pro ever work in past versions, and now it does not? Or it never worked? I would be great to get more information from you, like CPU, GPU, RAM, and HDs. What kind of media is it also?

Yes, you can save a project file and open it on another machine with another account. Let us know if you have any issues with that. Sorry for the frustration. I hope we can help you.

Thanks,

Kevin
