Importing a SRT file(Open Caption) Not all of it is coming in. Almost 1/2 of them are missing

Open Caption issues.

Pulled a transcript from Youtube, imported that into Subtitle Edit and got the timing correct.

Saved it as a SRT file and imported into PP.

The total length of the file is 3:16 when imported into PP 2018 CC, only 1:41 comes in.

I check the files 2X back in Sub Title Edit and they are complete 3:16

Any help would be appreciated
