Importing AAF causes Mettle Skybox VR player to launch and then crashes

Currently running 22.1.2. When I try to import an AAF from Avid Media Composer, the Mettle Skybox VR player suddenly launches and Premiere crashes. I have tried clearing my cache but didn't help. Is this a bug or something unique to my system? Is there a setting within Premiere that will block the VR player?

Found the solve for anyone else who encounters this. Go to preferences > display and uncheck Mettle in devices.
