Importing an old Final Cut Pro 7 project into Premier Pro

Question

Ok...  Here's my problem.  I've found a bunch or old Final Cut Pro projects that are ten or more years old and they are NOT exported as XML files but as the standard FCP7 projects.  Is there ANYTHING out here to help me import those into Premier Pro.  There's a bunch of projects I'd love to revisit and put into a current working format.  Any ideas or suggestions?  I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this, I hope.

The only way I know is to:1) Find someone with a working FCP7 system.2) Launch the projects on that system (you don't need the media).3) Export the XMLs.4) Import the XMLs into Premiere, and re-link the media. MtD
