Importing clilps takes too much time

1.  You import clips and start editing
2.  You import a huge 20GB video
3.  Premiere Pro starts to load
4.  You wait for 30 seconds

I've tried this on my PC. Specifications: 512GB SSD+2TB HDD, 32GB RAM, GPU 2080TI, i5 12th gen. Using Premiere Pro 2024
