Importing DPX throws up codec error message

I'm not certain what program created the DPXs but I think it's the same issue if I create some fresh ones. It is on Windows 11. I tried importing as sequence but it's greyed out, single image import throws up the error.

These normally need to be ingested via the MediaBrowser panel or the Import page. I don't do a lot of DPX, and trying to remember the exact steps. There is only one way that works. And I'm wondering if @Warren Heaton10841144 or @Richard M Knight might recall.
