Importing image sequence greyed out

Hi, I'm using Premiere 15.2 on a mac, importing an image sequence does not seem to work, the "image sequence" checkbox is greyed out

Any ideas how I can activate it?

That wont work

Rename to 0000.png, 0001.png etc.

Does the number have to be at the end ?
