Importing inDesign formatted text into Premiere

Hi, I am working on a simple video that has a video layer (V1) and text layer on top of it (V2).

The text is provided in a InDesign file, in different pages, fully typed and formatted.

I have tried importing the InDesign file to Premiere (like can be done with Illustator) but it says "File format not supported".

I have also tried copying and pasting, but nothing happens.

1- Is there a quick way of importing the different pages into Premiere?

2- Is there a wayto able to link it so that if it the original file is modified in InDesign updates in Premiere?

Any ideas or suggestions welcome. Thanks!

InDesign is not supported.

Need to convert to a format Premiere understands.

You may have to import via photoshop. First import the design in photoshop and save as a PSD. Then import the PSD in PPro

Thank you Ann. You just confirmed what I thought.

I am going to create a workflow based on this workaround:

This tutorial is based on text from the legacy Title generator, which is no longer available/supported.
