Importing keyboard shortcuts 2023 version not working

I'm having trouble trying to import my keyboard settings for a Mac 2023 version I have already put it inside the folder Adobe, then premiere Pro, then 23 then my profile, then Mac, but still it is not importing when I open up premiere Pro itself
