Importing keyboard shortcuts from PC into MAC

Hi,

I'm trying to import my keyboard shortcut file that I've created on PC's Premiere into a MAC's premiere. Same version on both computers (v13.1), I find it in the keyboard options but I still get an error message "The shortcut key file was created on another platform and is incompatibe with this version of Premiere Pro".
Is there a way to make it work instead of setting up a new keyboard all over again?
