Hello,
1) I think I import 2 SRT files.

2) If  1)  is yes, Can I make areas of texts from one srt  become "non visible" ONLY on the area where the text from the other srt file appear? (Re read to understand my question)

3) if 1) is yes, what can I do to make them "synchronize" what are all the options?

What other recommandations would you have?

If all the captions are to appear the same, I might work on modifying the srt's outside of PR.

Here's a possibility. You will import srt 1 and 2. For my test, I simply created captions twice. I made them single line to simplify this example.

The "dominant" track is the one we want to see when it has a caption. Select a caption in the non-dominant track. Set it to the bottom middle zone, with the paragraph text centered, and "aligned" to the bottom. Set the text fill to your preferred color for the non-dominant track. I am using white.

Turn the background on, set it to the color you want, set opacity to 100%, and set the padding to 20. Create a Caption Track Style called White.

Select a caption in the dominant track. Apply the same caption track style. Now change the text fill color if you want them to be different (I used Red), and create a new style ("Red").

Select all the captions on the NON-dominant track. Then from the "Captions and Graphics" menu item, "Upgrade Caption to Graphic."

When there is a caption on the caption track, it will block the non-dominant caption if there is one. If there is no caption on the caption track, the non-dominant caption will show.

Sorry, no screenshots and no promises it will work! Ask any questions you have....
