importing premier project into after effects

trying to import premier project into after effects but for some reason the project media is offline.

backup and save a new version of your project, then:
nest all your clips on the timeline, right click the nested sequence,

choose 'replace with after effects composition'.

you can also do it for individual clips that you want to edit inside after effects.

i tried relinking the sequence by going to (file-replace footage) then selecting the premier project in finder but its still showing the big red "media offline" title card
