Importing srt.file and it shows only one line in Premiere Pro

Hi,

My problem is that I use ai-enchanded speech to text service, which provides me a srt.file to import in Premiere to create captions. Timecodes etc. work perfectly but it only shows the first line of the captions through out the video. The captions are on two lines. If I open the srt. in text editor, there the information (second line) is visible. Any tips how to fix this issue?
