Importing video/audio both wrong

Hello guys I bought the program but when I import audio or video you hear it like that and the video is sped up also, but when I reproduce it on Windows media player or any other you hear it and see it right. The screenshot says I have to update AVX2 but it is incompatible with my procesor. Is that the problem? Downloading older versions didnt help.

    Seems like the timeline and amount of seconds is correct but Premiere pro rushes the reproduction, the full vid is 1min 25 seconds but Premiere pro reproduces it in about 50 seconds. How can I solve this ?

    If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.

    You will have to render the timeline first.

    Your renderbar is red: which means Premiere cannot properly playback the file.
