Importing Video Files Into Premiere Pro Cuts off Video and Audio Track 1

Hey everyone,

I'm still new to Premiere Pro, but I've been using it the last 3 months without much issue. Recently my video clips (with 3 audio tracks) have been cutting out 5 seconds of the video and audio (of only track 1). I've attached a small screenshot of what it looks like immediately upon import. I'm using the media manager and using the import function. The raw video file plays audio track 1 and the video file to the end, but I'm not sure what's going on with my import. I even tried to use Audition to see what's going on and the audio track 1 is truncated by 5 seconds (I'm assuming it's taking the immediate audio file from Premiere so that makes sense). Any help is greatly appreciated!
