importing video with audio recorded with two mics

I'm going to get a video that has audio recorded with two mics, not stereo, just two versions of the audio

How will Premiere see this? Can I simply pick the audio track I prefer and delete the other?

Thanks.

Easy. They should come onto the timeline as 2 separate tracks, choose which you like, and mute or remove the other.

Any way that works for you.

We're both recorded onto the video itself, or are they separate audio files to sync with a video file?

Both were recorded to the video itself
