Importing .xml from Resolve

Hello,

I am importing a .xml file from Resolve. 

It didn't sync at the correct timecodes, and some parts are missing. The purple clip is the audio export from the Resolve edit. Is there a workaround for this? TIA! 

Premiere, 24.2.1 Mac Sonoma.
