Imposible editar preferencias

Hola, cuando intento editar una preferencia, abre la ventana tan grande que me esimposible llegar hasta abajo en guardar y tampoco me permite achicar la ventana de ninguna forma.

Tampoco encuentro el comando para ampliar la pista de sonido hacia abajo para ver mejor

Por favor me pueden ayudar?

Try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

actually, changing your display settings to 100% will probably fix that. if not, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
