Impossible de faire apparaître les raccourcis clavier

Hello, I am desperate. I can't get the keyboard shortcuts window to appear. I have reset the preferences, uninstalled the latest version of Premiere, tried an older version and even an older version, but nothing works. When I click on Keyboard Shortcuts, nothing happens at all. Can you please help me?

Hi @etienne_4847,Sorry you are experiencing issues, we need a few more details to try to help with the problem like hardware specs and Premiere Pro version you are on.Did this start happening on an application or computer update, or do you have any external monitors connected? Are you unable to bring it up with the Ctrl/Command + Alt + K shortcut as well?Sorry for the frustration,Dani
