In/Out Duration Hidden

i encounter a problem while using adobe premiere pro cs6 i.e. in/out duration is hidden automatically.

You may want to try re-setting your preferences.

While opening the app hold down ctrl/shift/alt on Windows or cm/shift/option on Mac
