Incomplete realtime clips on timeline.

Hello community. I have a problem and don’t know how can I solve it. I need help guys.

I am woking in a project on premier pro version 13.1.0.

I am working on files extension .MXF. These archive works perfectly when its imported for the first time but the day after, these archives are marked with diagonal lines on timeline and it indicated me that the video has less duration than it needs to have; verifying these archives with the original ones, these files has no defect and are complete. 

I performed the process of unlinking and linking the files again to test if this solves a possible error of loading files in premier pro but the problem is still doesn’t get solved.

Do you guys think this problem is caused by the lack of special codec, if so which one and how should I install it?
