Hola comunidad,

Alguien sabe como volver a activar la opcion ingestar?

Se ha desactivado y ya he bajado diferentes versiones, actualizado, etc pero sigue saliendo la opción ingestar desactivada. Ayuda por favor!!!

Productions do not support Ingest settings.

If you need to use Ingest settings, you can create a separate project outside of the Production. After processing your media, you’ll need to manually import the project or files into the Production.

Sorry for the issue. Could you open a new project and check if you can see the Ingest options there? Please also check if you have the same version of Media Encoder installed.
