Installation on windows and a mac

Am I able to install to both windows and a mac from the same account? I know I am able to only use one screen at a time, its the change from windows to mac, but using the same account, that I'm not sure about.  Can anyone advise please.

    Yes you can install on two devices from the same account.

    It says so somewhere in your account.
