Installed Premiere 24.0 this morning but the new 'Enhance Speech' feature isn't available

I installed the public release of Premiere Pro 24.0 this morning and the much talked about 'Enhance Speech' feature which was in the beta version isn't available in the full public release. 

 

Does anyone know why this is?

    Enhanced speech was introduced in 24.1.

    Today's update is 24.0.

      So when will Enhanced Speech 24.1 be available or is that the beta version?

      Depressing... Looks like it's not ready yet. We can still use Beta in the meanwhile...
