Interactive Video

Hey Guys

I'm wondering what the best way to achieve this without investing in further software.

I'd like to add an element to a video - A forced pause with an interactive button to continue. 

For example, a message pops up and says "check out your workbook for more information this.  click next to continue with video"

Can someone point me in the right direction?
