Interlacing problem or exporting problem? Not sure if setting issue or filming issue.

Help. This problem only started in the last two months of exporting. 

Shot on z9/z8 at 1080 120 fps, shot with a high shutter speed of 1/800. I have had these settings for years without a problem until recently, even shooting at 1/2000. Not sure if its an export/ sequence setting? Or if I need to see if this problem presists even shooting at 1/250.

    Please post comp specs, Premiere version and build, MediaInfo info in Treeview on footage used, sequence settings and export settings.
