Question

"Invalid fonts" notice after updating Premiere Pro

Hi!
Just got updated to Premiere Pro 2017.1.2 ver. 11.0
Now every time I load my earlier created project, I get a warning about heaps of missing fonts. They were never installed on the machine, no changes were made except for updating. No sign of these fonts in the control panel.
Any ideas on how to fix that?

Thanks. Anton.

Using Adobe Premiere Pro version 12.0.0

I just loaded a project we created on a windows computer, loaded it on the Mac at home (10.11.6) to make a minor change.

Got this warning "Invalid font family: Baskerville Old Face, replaced by: Courier"

So it had replaced all the text with Courier. I changed it all back to Baskerville Old Face which was what the client wanted and re-exported it, which worked. But why? Why would you do that to me Adobe? I pay you money every month!

hi - I have the same issue.  Any suggestions?

Overall,  i recently updated to version 12.1  (Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018).... on a mac... and for some reason one of fonts is not showing up and is being replaced my Courier.   (See screenshot).   When i click on this prompt- i get a prompt saying that the font is invalid (see screenshot).  This is strange because this missing font "Nimbus" was never moved and is in my font book - however it is no longer showing up in Premiere.   Please let me know if you have any solutions!!  Thanks very much for any assistance!!  - JVR

I think it has something to do with the new graphics templates.
