iPhone videos imported to mp4 without audio on WhatsApp!

Hello! I'm editing some videos recorded by an iPhone 13 (.mov) and I realized that when I send them to my customers, they run out odf audio. Sticking by other means the audio is still ok. Does anyone know what this bug is ???
