Is Apple OS SIERRA ok with ADOBE CC?

Hi there,

I'm having some issues with my MacBookPro.

Usually when I use Premiere.

Sometimes while I'm working some parts of the screen get noisy.

I've called Apple support but I've been told  there shouldn't be trouble with the hardware as in that case I would have  always problems, not only when editing videos. They say there is probably something wrong with codecs or the editing softwares I use and they suggested me to upload my OS EL CAPITAN  to OS SIERRA. They also told me to make sure my softwares would work with SERRA before to install it. Does anyone know if ADOBE CC is ok with SIERRA?
