Is it possible to download Premiere Pro 24.x for Apple Silicon Mac? Currently Only 25.x is shown in the previous version list

Is it possible to download Premiere Pro 24.x for Apple Silicon Macs?

Currently, only Premiere Pro 25.x appears under the “Previous Versions” section in Creative Cloud. I specifically need version 24.x for compatibility reasons.

My setup:

• Mac mini M3 (Apple Silicon)

• Creative Cloud subscription active

I already checked:
Creative Cloud → Apps → Premiere Pro → Other Versions

However, the oldest version available is 25.x.

Is it possible to get an official offline/direct installer for Premiere Pro 24.x compatible with Apple Silicon Macs?
