Is SLI or Separate Video Cards better for Premiere Pro

Just got Dell Precision Tower that came with 2 x Quadro M4000 Video cards, however they aren't hooked up as SLI yet, just individual. Watching stats as I'm editing and coloring in Premiere shows that they're both being used, one more than the other. Wondered if connecting the cards SLI will improve performance or not for Premiere Pro CC 2017.

Thanks,

Justin

No do not SLI them it potentially causes problems.  It is normal for the two cards not to share equally.  I have two GTX 1060's and see the same thing.  The first card seems to do slightly more than the second card
