I would like to be able to read about the FX filters. A description. How to use them, etc. What color key is normally used for. What another filter is used for etc.
The PP help guide is useless, If I don't know the proper question to ask, I can't look anything up.

For example:
Gaussian Blur effect
The Gaussian Blur effect erases and softens the image and eliminates noise. You can specify that the blur be horizontal, vertical, or both.
Fine tune the effect
The sharpness effect increases the contrast where the color changes occur.
Focus mask effect
The Focus Mask effect increases the contrast between the colors that define an edge.
When and how to use them is the editor's criteria.
