Question

Is there a minimum font size in Premiere?

I have some sourcing information that I want to appear very small at the bottom of my video. I have tried changing the size of the text - I can see my change in Premiere Pro, but when I render the video it is larger than what I am setting it at. I'm wondering if there is a minimum font size that can be used?  I have the font set at 20. It takes up more of the window width when it is rendered.

can't you change the scale to reduce the size?

I've been adjusting the font using the size in the Text box under Essential Graphics.

I'm not sure what you mean by changing the scale to reduce the size. I have a lot of other text in the video and this all renders properly - but it is also at a larger size.

select the clip in the timeline and go to the effects controls and adjust the scale below the text.  see attached screen shot.
