I don't like having to use the online help. Is there a Premiere Pro user manual in PDF format for the 24 version or another version before the 24 ? Thanks for any help

Adobe doesn't have pdf Premiere Pro help documents.

You may want to check booksellers such as Amazon for Premiere Pro tutorial books.

Absolutely shocking a well published developer would admit they not only hid their manuals but no longer make them. An admin guide is a requirement in order to purchase?

I was thinking of writing an "Unofficial Manual" for Premiere Pro (and/or other CC products). Do you think there's a market for that kind of book? What would you like to see in it?

the US government requires the manual quoted in pre procurement to be written and available though the vendor

Points back to the same help page ALL links (including this one also redirected) to an admin guide or help manual do, the single premiere Help page with no .pdfs at all. All articles are tiny scope single topic, no central gathering point for enterprise setup and maintenance tasks most technical task are not covered at all. Adobe posts links to a pdf but even their internal links all point back to the page for end user operators, not for admins?
