Is there a way I can stabilize a shaky video using Adobe Premiere Pro v14.3.0 & MacOS Catalina v10.15.5?

Correct answer Steve Griffiths

Have you tried using the 'warp stabilizer' plugin inside of Premiere Pro? Find it in the effects menu. It does a relatively good job of stabilizing shaky video but is very processor intensive and will take a considerable time to work - depending on the length of your clip.
