Is there a way to disable the 'Zoom Level' scroll-wheel feature in Premiere?

It's a solution in search of a problem. It's too easy to brush the scroll wheel on my mouse and I'm constantly having to 'fit' the footage properly within my viewers.

    I've heard enough complaints form users about this that I agree there should be a toggle for it. Please post this as an IDEA in the ideas section of this community and encourage others to vote for it! (make sure no one else has already posted it, but if they have then give them a vote)
