Is there an ai option to create text to speech in a woman's voice?

Hi. I need to create an onboarding/orientation video for my company but I hate the sound of my voice. Is there an option to create a womans voice in place of my own, or perhaps one that reads text? Seems like something that should be out there, but I'm having trouble finding it.
