is there an AI plugin that can automatically crop unused parts of a film frame in Premiere Pro???

I have a bunch of WW2 newsreels where some of them have these huge film borders. I know I can crop the scenes manually in the Effect Controls window. But I have an enormous amount of footage like this, and it would take ages. Does anyone know of a plugin that can do this automatically, with AI perhaps, cropping out the unused part of the film frame??? Thank you very much in advance.
