Issue applying Lumetri Color to clips with Warp Stabilzed effects

When editing some clips some of them have the Warp Stabilizer effect added.

Following the initial edit; I am going through each clip and adding the Lumetri Color.  I set it via Auto and then adjust as necessary.

The issue I have is that for normal clips when I click on Auto in Lumetri Color it works fine.  For any clips with Warp Stabilizer nothing happens.

Looking at the "effect controls" it shows "Lumetri" being at the bottom of the list.  If I slide it above Warp Stabilizer I can now click on the Auto.

If Warp Stabilizer has to be at the bottom of the list; when trying to add Lumetri; why doesn't Premiere add it to a place where it will work?

My current video project is nearly an hour long and there are a fair number of WS effects.  About half way through adding the Lumetri I thought about moving it above WS.  Up until then I had been going through the laborious task of deleteing WS, applying Lumetri and then doing WS again.
